currys customer service???

:santa2: Hi there, im looking for some advice, i recently purchased a telly, home theatre & stand from currys, when i got my tv there was plastic screen protection film over it, when i took it off paint came off the telly with it, I called currys and my telly was replaced, telly number 2 had more issues with it, the picture seemed to be shaking every now and then, and i also realised there was a problem with my home theatre, one of the speakers was crackling.

I called currys again, i am now on telly number 3, still awaiting for my dvd to be replaced and now when i try and have the telly coming thru the speakers it comes on for a second then goes off again, i called currys again, and im now waiting for an engineer to come out and still waiting for a new dvd  , i am now outwith my 28 days from purchasing it, and to be honest i want my money back and to go elsewhere and get a telly that actually works.

I feel like i am harrasing the manager in the shop constantly, and hes not very good at returning calls.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

    Hi
I had a bad time with currys last week in reg to a tv that had sound isues
There customer service is terible and when you have to phone the tech guys ( because my local currys telephone number seemed to be top secret ) i was on hold for half an hour then i got disconected , anyway i told the tech guys (eventually) that i didnt want them because the tv was new and i wanted it returned to the shop not repaired
When i actually went into the shop they told me i would have to return it myself
even the staff in the shop have to phone the national number and are on hold just as long as a customer !! you would think they would have priority at getting through !!

Personally if i were you i would just tell them to come and collect it and give you a refund
is the '3rd' tv outwith the 28 days ? because the 28 days should start again surely when you got the 3rd TV ?
Iam never buying anything out off currys again the customer service is terible
dont feel bad about calling the manager its there problem to fix !
just call them and tell them you have been messed about enough and you want refunded
