Slightly concerned, random linked address on my credit report.

Wondered if anyone can shed any light on this?
Just been checking through my experian report and there has been a linked address added, its nothing to do with me and ive certainly never lived there, infact ive never even been to Salford.
Ive called Mbna who it says set it up and they know nothing, rang Experian and they said they were given it by mbna and will look into it.
I had another card used illegally last month and the mbna has to my knowledge not been used in 6-12 months, is infact £1 in credit so I'm suitably concerned about this for obvious reasons, just wondered if anyone knows how/why this would of happened?. Experian said they will write to me but did seem over bothered.

I have one of these too - a completely random address in the north of England. The link seems to have been made to someone with a similar (but not exactly the same) surname. Experian are on the case - I will let you know what happens.0

Thanks for responding, ive got a rare name which I wont post but imagine there may only be a couple in the country so maybe they thought we were 1.

I had weird addresses on my linked addresses. One snail mail letter to Experian got them removed.You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0
