I orded some ram from PC World online on the 2nd jan and it didnt come i complained on the 10th and they promised it would be here on the 12th. but nothing has arrived by the 13th.I have payed £3.99 for delivery that has taken 11days and counting.I have just e-mailed them to tell them to keep my order and refund my money just to see if they will. pc world is the worst online store i have used. im now going to boycott their site and their store and slag them off on all the forums im a member of. please do the same.

I had the exact same problem has happened to me on 3 different occasions when ordering stuff from both dixons and pc worlds websites. It took several phonecalls to get it sorted out and I have never ordered from there again since.

COnsidering I have only had excellent service from PC World I won't be. I really am starting to feel like I am missing out .. I have had to deal with many things including late deliveries, double charging, problems etc. but that is why CS desks exist (and CEOs) ... and for some reason they have always managed to resolve my problems with nothing more than minor inconvenience .. WHY CAN'T SOMEONE TREAT ME BAD!!!

I suppose I could claim that Amazon have treated me badly .. my order from Dec 27th has not arrived yet ... the minor inconvenience is that I have to swap a couple of cables (until my new USB hub arroves) and I am not able to play my Doom expansion pack (part of the order).

Try to keep things in perspective.
