Tesco misrepresented goods

It is clear that Tesco are selling this product (Panasonic MCE4101) as having HEPA filtration.
Only when I later looked in detail at the instruction booklet did I realise that this is not the case. I bought this cleaner on the basis that it did have HEPA filtration.

Most sites selling this item list it as having the HEPA filter.
The Panasonic page says no
