I am back to Car Booting in the spring. I advise evryone to store their stuff until them and do the same.

Ebay need to remember that the sellers pay their fees and not the buyers. I know there will always be some sellers but a lot are leaving in their droves. They have already backed down on Shop Exposure and Shop listing fees.

Either way I do not think anything will entice me back to eBay - for personal or business. I choose to shop there as a last resort. I bear in mind that the sellers have had to add 20% to their prices to pay the fees they incur so chances are it is cheaper elsewhere on the internet. Amazon is the same in the market place - they charge 17.5% in fees!!!!!!! I'll buy from Amazon but rarely from the marketplace as the seller has to raise the price to sell something.

Anyone want to take a bet on how long it will be before they have to start making people redundant at eBay/Paypal......

    Hi blue_monkey
Can I pay with paypal at your car boot stall?

Ebays help pages still state you have to wait 7 days to issue strike after the initial 7 days so if ebay have increased it to 8 days, they need to pull their finger out and change it to 8 days.

It depends if you claim for non response on payment not received. One is 7 days and one is 8 days.
Character is what you have left when you've lost everything you can lose.

Oh dear, I missed the boat on that one!! I was going to put a lot of money on that as well.

Yes of course you can. Paypal is the most trusted payment method in the world. Only if you smile nicely, shake my hand and promise not to do an 'item not received' chargeback when you get home....... :rotfl:
