incomplete refund from computer supplier

Hi all
A few weeks ago I purchased a computer online and choose a 5 day rush service costing £45 extra.
It arrived on time but had two problems. One of the graphics cards was out of it's slot when I opened the case and I couldn't push it back in properly. Screws were also missing that help hold these items in.
Also I ordered two hard disks, a fast Raptor drive and a normal hard drive. They installed Vista on the wrong drive (the slow one making the expensive a one pretty useless addition). I asked for it to be sent back to have these things sorted.
When the PC came a second time, there were more issues. I'd had enough and this time asked for it to be sent back for a refund. No probs, but they did say in an email if it came back damaged or with bits missing, it would be deducted from my refund.
The refund was short of £65. I enquired and have been told, there was a missing 'Wireless Card' (didn't realise I had one.) and £45 for the 'Rush Service'.
Should I persue them over the rush service thing, or just drop it? It wasn't really fit for my use when it first arrived.
Cheers
