Ha, that is true. So they could have actually completed 50 of the orders and then sold out. If they do not have them they cannot send them. Of course, the only people moaning are the ones who did not get them.

I agree, arguing the point with those who are unwilling to back up their arguments with correct statute and/ or precedent is not worth it. Those pesky A Level Law students, I forgot that they have a different legal system to the rest of us!
I would again challenge those that believe that the terms and conditions of the majority of online retailers are illegal, to sue one of them. If you are so confident, then surely you have nothing to lose (and can I come and watch for when you are laughed out of court)?Gone ... or have I?0
