how do i get a draft letter to ask for charges back from a bank i am asking on behalf of my mum who has at least one a month!!

You get her to sign the template one in the guide on here, you may want to check with her if she is in financial hardship as outlined in the FSA Waiver on Charges. It's on my signature and annex 2 PAGE 11 is the one you need to look at. Hope that helps.0
