I thought I'd been good, I did my research and there has been no mention on here of this site and no negative mentions when generally googling them.
However I literally just placed an order for some gardening gloves but didn't get the chance to enter a delivery address and the items HAVE to be signed for.
It's not the end of the world, assuming they just go back to the depot which is quite close, but it's a nuisance, they're not answering the phones and it's unprofessional. I was given an "order confirmation" at which point I realised it was too late for them to ask for a delivery address so in finding their phone number the website navigated away from the order confirmation page before I wrote down the details and I wasn't able to go back to it. So now I have a complaint but no order details.
Will let you know if the gloves ever turn up or if they reply to my emails, I've now emailed them from their webpage and my own email.
Has anyone got any reassurance for me that they will contact me back?

I ordered some screw drivers a week ago and i still have not received it!
I called 2 days ago and was told it was shipped 3 days ago first class so I was really expecting it today but guess what.... nothing still!
this is a joke! i ain't ordering anything from this place ever again!0 -
