Virgin credit card online options

Hi Guys,
I recently went to do a balance transfer on the Virgin website to find that my account was in arrears because had forgotten to pay last months minimum payment (doh). I made the payment and went on to proceed to do the balance transfer, only to find that the options have all gone. I cannot do a balance transfer or request a new card, basically anything that is in the account management section. It also tells me that the available cash is £0 even though my balance is far far away from the limit. My account is still showing as active and to test i bought some xbox live points to see if a payment would still go through and it did! I've tried calling them but the only option that seems to get you through to a customer service advisor is the one for speaking to someone about debt problems and when I've selected this option it's left me on hold forever!
So my question is... Does anyone know if these options will come back once the payment has been processed or if they've taken them away for good?
