Should I refuse delivery ?

I recently ordered a PS3 from Currys only to cancel the order after 5 days (last Friday) when I recieved an email saying delivery would be delayed 3-5 days, their 'customer services' (and I use the term very loosely) were unable to even confirm if they had the item in stock.
Strangely enough half an hour later (after the order had been cancelled) I had an email to say the item was ready for dispatch and they might not be able to stop it. By this time I'd already ordered the same item cheaper and with an additional game from John Lewis (who incidently showed the item as dispatched on Saturday morning).
Its now Monday and I've had an email confirming dispatch and advising me to refuse delivery, they should then get it back in 3/4 days at which point they'll begin their refund procedure, dont know how long this will take but judging by their inefficiency so far, my expectations aren't high.
Anyone got any ideas on the best way to deal with this, ie. should I just refuse delivery as advised and hope that the refund goes through ok ?
Thanks

Just refuse it as they suggest. I would tell the delivery man that you cancelled it and it needs to be returned
Distance Selling Regulations state that they must return your money as soon as possible and at the latest 30 days from them receiving written notice of your cancellation"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Put it this way. If you accept it yet still want a refund, who do you think will have to pay to return it ?...0
