Pay off Barclaycard with another Ccard?

Hello all,
Sorry if this is a really obvious question but I can't find the answer elsewhere. Just wondering if it's possible to pay Barclaycard with another credit card? I no longer use a debit card so this is not an option.

Yes, you'd get another card and balance transfer it.

thanks very much. is this something i can do over the phone next time they call? i take it it's just as easy as making a debit card payment?

Just watch out for the fee that you will get charged - it may be 3% of the balance or more.

No it doesn't work like a Debit Card payment.

You need to get the new Credit Card set up and request a Balance Transfer. You do not approach Barclaycard, you approach the new provider and request they transfer the debt across from Barclaycard.

As mentioned above there is likely to be a Balance Transfer fee of around 3%.

Try to ifnd yourself a 0% deal on balance transfers or a good life of balance card to keep your interest low.
