www.1363.co.uk An easy £10 of free calls?

Talktalk seem to have done something weird to https://www.1363.co.uk since originally buying Vartec in December 2004.

They seem to be promoting 1363 as a "dip in when you want to" prefix service, and are offering the first £10 of calls free - so why not? Whilst the £10 credit may not be "worth" £10 it certainly reads as hassle free calls for nothing whatsoever and no committment. As they say themselves.... "you don't have to cancel, just stop using the prefix."

Section 4.2 makes me wonder if you are agreeing that they could cps you to TT at a later date without telling you..
