I have submitted a claim to lloyds TSB for the last 6 years charges to the value of £9484. I have received acknowledgement from them of my claim and the letter said they would reply with in 4 weeks.
Does anyone have any experience with Lloyds TSB claiming as to what I might expect if anythink?

we have enough money to pay our bills but there is always 1 or 2 that dont get paid because we keep getting charges. I have ask HBOS not to charge us for 1 month to let us get our bills back in order then we will pay them the total charges that have or would have added up over that month, But 'computer says NO'
We asked them to extend our loan over another 12 months so the payments would be lower, we got told the only way we can do that is to add another £1000 to it, so we tried that and got turned down because the state of our account, so we explained the reason for this and still got nowhere
