My pc keeps nodding off! why?

Options
Does anyone know why my PC sends itself to sleep 2 or 3 times a session?
If I catch it quick enough I can use the wake-up button and it recovers, if not I have to re-boot.

I've run a system check and that has shown no problems.
Anyone got any ideas?
(surely its not just because I'm boring?)#
thanks

zzzzzzzzzzz sorry almost feel asleep then myself listening to you :D (only kidding!)

Please go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Power Options and see if you have set the computer or monitor to go into standby or hibernate mode.

Disable Hibernation, Right Click Desk Top, Properties, Screen Saver, Power Settings,
and then Hibernation.. Or in Power Settings see if the monitor is set to turn off after
    a short period of time.
