in Credit cards
Hi all
I owed MBNA a few quid, missed 3 payments due to illness.
I received a card from RMA telling me that I owed MBNA money and had to pay them?
I phoned MBNA and asked to pay of my credit card in full, they said I could only pay £500 over the phone and the rest would have to be paid either by cheque or online.
I paid the rest online last night and now I am wondering what to do with these RMA people?
Now that I have no debt with MBNA does that mean that I have no debt with RMA?
I am going to phone MBNA tomorrow morning and ask them about this but I just wanted to ask here incase any of you had experience with RMA.
Thanks.
Alistair.

If MBNA accepted your payment, you should be ok. If they (MBNA) had passed the debt over to RMA, MBNA would not have accepted payment from you. Give them a ring in the morning and update us.I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another, so please feel free to ignore this.0
