hot water going cold

Hi could anyone tell me what the problem could be with my Baxi 105E combi boiler.The hot water keeps going hot then cold then hot again.I've changed the DHW temp sensor yesterday along with a new gasket on the hot wayer flow switch(needed doing,hard water area etc!)problem still persists.Thankyou....

Usually a sludged up plate heat exchanger. These can be replaced reasonably cheaply or you could have a go at de-sludging it when removed.0
