Can I boost my digital radio signal using wi-fi or my satellite dish?

You could get a remote extender (not the same as a Video sender) that works thru walls, has the benefit that you can change channels as well as turn it on in the morning. I used to have this arrangement years ago in the days of analogue satellite.
