  • You could ask the buyer to consider revising their feedback

    What is Feedback revision?

Feedback revision lets the buyer change the Feedback rating, comment or Detailed Seller Ratings they left for a seller, but only if the seller first sends a request to the buyer asking them to revise the Feedback. Feedback revision will only be available for negative and neutral Feedback ratings.

or maybe add a follow up comment to the one the buyer left you.

  • I would definitely contact ebay as this seems unfair. Since they removed sellers right to leave neg feedback some buyers are using this as blackmail. Think there should be place in feedback for incomplete sales and refunded ones as I am sure some buyers are claiming non arrival of parcels on a regular basis and sellers are being conned.

Toatally agree - can't believe ebay never considered this when they revised their feedback rules!

Dont waste your time. eBay dont care about 'fair'

The only thing you can do is raise a non paying bidder dispute and leave her a strike.
