Hello everyone,
I am about to move out of home in middle to late january and i need help.
First of all i need to go private, the council is of no use to me as they insist that because of my age (under 25) i have to go into supported housing (to which im sure you can imagine my answer about the little scrotes that live in these places)
I am already hunting for properties and i have found a couple i like but i could do with some help.
I have no real budgeting amounts to go by, i have never paid for utilities or shopping before i can only guess of other peoples amounts (which i know will be completely diffrent to mine)
Can anyone offer any advice,
Lambert B
Oh and ps, it will be two of us living there (me and my other half) in a two bedroom flat, with an energy certificate of a C - D (depends on where we go)
