Hi looking for some help and advice on this one.
just landed myself a job out in germany and the extra money im earning i want to use to pay off some debts and mortgage.
ive set up a german bank account because i was spending 30 pound a mth takin money out on my uk card.
ill be coming back to the uk around 6-8wks for a wkend at a time.
i was wondering what the best choice was for me to bring money back???
should i transfer electronically or take the money back with me and get it changed n the uk?
if so wheres the best place to exchange my euros?
could i use paypal? if so how?
im not taking massives amounts back just enough each tim to cover my uk expenses.
be grateful of any help and advice

check the charges at both ends and the rate used, EU transfers using the electronic system should be cheap there are rules, google found this link as an example

just checked that out cheers. lot of reading ha,
think i may just withdraw it over here then take it back and see what the best exchange rate i can get in the uk is, post office seem pretty good at the moment0 -
I recommend you open a DKB-Cash account. Like Nationwide it lets you take out money from an ATM abroad without charges. Unlike Nationwide it also offers a good interest rate - 3.8%.0
