How did you find your return to work after
maternity or adoption leave?
How supportive was your employer?
Returning to work after maternity or adoption leave can be a happy, exciting event or a stressful, daunting experience. The demands of caring for a child can be radically different to the demands of the workplace. Whilst the Government has introduced a number of incentives to encourage the 400,000 mothers that take maternity leave each year back to work, there is a distinct lack of guidance or support for both women and their employers.
Share your experiences, good and bad, and help us to develop new ways to support mums returning to work and help employers provide a smooth reintegration.
After all, happy mums mean happy families and productive workplaces.
THANK YOUTo thank all those who complete the survey, the UK parenting charity, the NCT, are offering 10% off baby and toddler toys, equipment and clothing, plus a prize draw for £200 of products of your choice from the NCT Shop.

It's erm quite in depth. Still, as it was for the NCT, I answered as much as I could.
