i'd take it back to the place you bough it from (some dealers offer their own guarantee/warranty within 3/6 months of purchase as well and that's different to any warranty you buy)Indecision is the key to flexibility0

Probably just needs a charge up. Seals might be gone though so you will need to check it over a period of time when it comes back.
Agree straight to place you bought it.
Wonder if warranty covers aircon?0 -
Most aircon unites don't work when the outside temp is below 5 degrees. And seeing as it's been bleedin freezin for the last ten days this could be the answer...0

hi there, ive read the manual for the car(ford focus cmax) and it states the air con will work at temps above 5 deg c , it has been closer to 8 deg c here for the past couple of afternoons and when ive switched it on there is nothing , the light on the dash comes on but you cant feel the compressor kick in or anything, no change in cooling either.
cheers

I took my mums car to Kwik Fit for a £25 re-gas. They found a leak somwhere so there was no charge. I took it to my a/c specialist and he found a holed condenser caused by a flying stone. One new condenser and regas and all is well. The man without a signature.0
