Interesting LTSB development

I opened a LTSB current account about 3 months ago. I was given a £250 "provisional" overdraft limit and a Visa Debit card without cheque guarantee. It was the Platinum account. I was paying my salary of approx £75k into this account and also had about £4k in savings in a linked account. I got peed off with them because after 12 weeks of paying in my salary, always carrying a balance of around £4k on the current account, never going overdrawn etc I only had an internal score of 5 and they would not consider me for better facilities. So I downgraded the account from Platinum to Gold and stopped paying in my salary. The account even briefly went overdrawn (within its limit) for the first time. As a result, my replacement debit card arrived today and it is a cheque guarantee card. LTSB are also suddenly now claiming that I am preapproved for a credit card with them. They really are a bizarre bank.

When people talk about 'internal' scoring, is this the same as a pelvic exam? They often refer to that as an internal too.0
