Boken hearted doesnt agree with people "getting out" of paying debts by stating that the agreement is invalid or unenforceable.
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

Because I do not owe them anything. What are you doing on a site like this if you are so against sticking up for your rights. If the boot was on the otherfoot do you think THEY would help YOU ??

This sounds ominous !! They have gone all quiet on me, what can I expect Oscar ???

Im expecting to hear from the lovely Wayne Hatton soon or maybe his missus who also works with him. Waynes great, hes a solicitor you know, well sort of solicitor. He likes going running and has a nice new baby who`s dead cute. You would think Wayne being a solid family man would try to avoid being involved with scumbags like MBNA would`nt you ??

I know Wayne, is quite a nice bloke, dont know his missus though (i might by sight) I believe he is a qualified solicitor - i would say your conversations are more indepth than mine - i didnt know all that! MBNA tend to go quiet. Its rare that they go to court (although they have done) they usually pass it on to a DCA.

The law can change and thanks to people like you it will and those that didn't owe money will lose out, but you don't care in the slightest you have a sob story all the carp you wasted money on and escaped paying. You make me ashamed of this country.
