    Need to be careful it doesnt get passed elsewhere.

    Good look for MBNA, they put up one hell of a fight, even when in the wrong (I know - I work there)
    No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

    Well done Ioio. Hopefully you put in one of the letters that you required all your details to be removed from their records. This should hopefully stop them passing it on to another DCA.

    At least you now know the process and that their threats mean very little.

    This sounds ominous !! They have gone all quiet on me, what can I expect Oscar ???

    Im expecting to hear from the lovely Wayne Hatton soon or maybe his missus who also works with him. Waynes great, hes a solicitor you know, well sort of solicitor. He likes going running and has a nice new baby who`s dead cute. You would think Wayne being a solid family man would try to avoid being involved with scumbags like MBNA would`nt you ??
