Claiming charges in the Isle of Man

Hi Folks
Has anyone gone through the Isle of Man legal system to claim back their bank charges ?
I successfully claimed claimed last year, though the bank used their UK department, and they're only replying from the IOM address this time

Apologies for missing this one last year. You need to see if the equivalent law that covers the Isle of Man is Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999.baby-mechanic wrote: »Anyone done this ?0
