Yes my message said the 19th too so was nicely surprised when i got the text today saying they have put them on


Yes they been applied:j i rang 789 and after it says my balance it says i have 499 promotional texts remaining,cos i used one to test it:j

You have 30 days to use them,great timing for christmas:j

I've got some too! It's funny, I applied on two phones, one I use frequently and one I use less often. I've been awarded the texts on the one I use less often but not on the other phone. Maybe they'll only be awarded to a certain group of sim cards (depending on age of sim card or level of activity etc.).

Same here - the dodgy phone with the dodgy buttons that I use for comping ended up with the free text - serves me right for being greedy

I 've got a couple of phones on contract with Virgin ...... I still applied for the 500 free texts .....
They have just been added ....
My daughters free ones have just been added as well .... Thank god .... As she'd run out ...... So this will definitly save me a few quid ...

Got my free texts today, thank you OP- the message said "thank you for topping up your mobile with ten pounds in September"....and I usually top up a tenner a month so maybe that's the criteria?
