  • you could politely ask in him an email. Other than that there is nothing you can do. theres no obligation to leave feedback.
The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits
  • I wouldn't even ask. It's voluntary, and asking tends to get people's backs up. 108 is perfectly respectable.

You are only asking for trouble in contacting buyers. I know it should show good customer service etc but in my experience it just gives them the opportunity to moan, perhaps it shows weakness I don't know but think twice about it.

If I'm in a bit of a bad mood and an email comes through asking for feedback, I'm more inclined to not leave any. i wouldn't leave a neutral or neg like some, but they'd be lucky to get any at all.

  • i'd leave it - if they leave feedback great but if you contact them and they take it the wrong way you may receive -ve feedback.
    :D
  • I would just leave it. He may leave feedback in bulk in which case you will probably get feedback at some stage or maybe he is just someone who doesn't leave it at all, annoying I know but as it's not compulsory he can do what he likes. If I don't get feedback for something I send them a friendly email asking if the item has arrived safely but I never mention feedback although as you already know they are happy I would be inclined to forget about it.
