Double glazing repairs

I have just got a quote for a repair to an aluminium double glazed, three window unit.
The two outer windows have broken hinges and if you open the window, it feels as if the window wil fall out:eek: . Also, the two units to the right, are 'misty'.
I have just been quoted £80 per hinge (I'm assuming this is per set but would double check) and £60 for each misty window.
Is this a fair quote?
Need this done asap as there is a gale force coming through it at the minute and its freezing!

I can't say for sure but I recently had 3 windows serviced all with problems (one of the handles had came off one of them) - to service and repair all 3 of them came to around £80 and they work as good as new.
I thought at one point I would have to replace them so was pleasantly surprised - I'm up in Scotland though.Mortgage when started October 2011 : £94,134
