Offtek computer memory
Quicksy
I bought some memory from Offtek for my Mac. Their website was vague about the correct memory but I thought I'd bought the right type. By the time I got round to checking, about 3 weeks had passed. It was obvious that they'd sent the wrong memory (possibly partly my fault) as it was twice as long as the correct memory card.
I returned it unopened with very clear directions as to the specification I needed. They simply returned it with no explanation. I emailed them and got a curt reply that they could not accept returns after 14 days!
I then bought what I needed from Crucial (at a lower price), who could not have been more helpful.
