I'm not surprised that happened really!
Don't know if its the same nationally but near me Asda are well known for employing quite a lot of "released back into the community" type people!

Especially at night: its more like walking into an asylum than a cutting edge superstore!

Hi

I had the same problem with Sainsbury's delivery last week. Ordered a bottle of spiced rum and it came with the cup over the top type of tag on it. Showed it to the driver who tutted (at the person who had obviously not taken the top off) and said he'd return it and we would be refunded. Not really a problem for us, more inconvenient.

These tag have NO dye in them, they are just a wire cable tie.

If ou have some wire cutters or pliers you may be able to cut them off, you need to cut the part that is round the neck.
