  • Morning everyone. Had the night from HELL last night. I know I complain that DS isn't a brilliant sleeper but it's usually just stirring and getting stuck at the top of the cot - last night he woke up at 2, cried and cried and cried and cried and didn't go back to sleep until 4.30  and it wasn't screaming in pain or anything, just a low kind of whine.... overstimulated in the daytime? God knows.

OH was up with us both but he still let me have a lie in until 10, I should sing his praises more often :A

DS is of course full of beans...

Thank god for Touche Elcait!

Having a quiet day today, few bits of shopping, mooch around the house, roast dinner...

Our telly appears to have just broke. Perfect effing timing

Morning Spud, thats pants about the telly. Kids Xbox has broken too just 2 months after the guarantee has ran out:mad:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

We're not sure at the moment whether it's the telly or the Sky box. The screen is a very pretty shade of blue

Ohh, and just to round off my weekend, someone is using my Paypal acccount fraudulently. 2 payments of $50 US dollars so far. Not too clued up on Paypal because I only use it to receive money, never send

Anyone any idea what will happen

I've contacted them through the site but not heard anything back. I expect it'll be tomorrow  I have also informed my bank.

The bank account I have linked to Paypal doesnt have any funds in it anyway, just dont want to go overdrawn through no fault of my own.

  • Stinking rotten sleep last night - wakened by the new guys that have moved in downstairs who obviously had their Xmas party last night. Shouting, screaming, whistling both indoors and out till 4 in the morning. Actually quite intimidating having people shouting up to your window in the early hours when you live on your own

Still, 9 am this morning I decided to hammer some nails into the wall to put up some photos :D They probably thought it was just their hangovers.

Oh well, now to watch one of the Rocky DVDs out the boxed set - cue lots of over-exagerrated fight action and the inevitable Rocky victory at the end. (I suddenly have the urge to run down the street in some grey jogging sweats whistling Eye of the Tiger)
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
