Vunerability Ms05-046

Panda anti virus keeps warning me that there is a vunerability MS05-046 on my computer and to update my Internet browser and it takes me to the Windows Update site. As mentioned I have automatic critical updates on my machine and there are no more critical updates I can download so I don't know where to look for this update. I am on BT Yahoo and recently downloaded their updates as well. I am having problems with viewing pages on a secure connection this morning ie going through to checkout so wondered if this is all connected. Any help would be greatly appreciated in simple terms please ... very simple... thanks Mandy
