We complete tomorrow, i get to pick the keys up and start tearing down some cuboards. We have new carpet going down on money afternoon. I have friday and the weekend to paint the whole flat (only 3 rooms!) and sort out any niggles . Good job i love doing this work and got some family to help!

Cant belive what its taken to get this far though, all of the problems etc! and there was no chain!

    Congratulations!

[I'm still stressed out waiting to exchange; only the legal work holding us back now.]

Yey. Im now a home owner! We completed on friday, at 3:45pm. I took all day off work to move and paint, what a waste that was!

We have been mucked about to no end with out EA and solicitors, it takes the micky!

We only got let into OUR garage yesterday at 5PM due to someone else having the key to a pad lock on it, only to discover a load of stuff still in there, as its techinally mine (hehe) i was going to not release it, but its all junk, not widescreen TV's etc....

We have painted the whole place, ripped out cuboards and a floors come up, all our stuff is in. It took us just over 15 hours to do that :D

Give them 7 days to clear it out or you will have to call in removers and they will be liable for the cost.
