BMIbaby - total mess

Where to start.
They change my flight time for next summer by 30 hours and dont tell me.
I find out by accident (long story).
They then send me a new confirmation, with no hint that I am entitled to a refund and no contact details
When i do find a phone no. it is premium rate and the waiting time is dire.
I am refunded - minus the £20 plus credit card fees.

Anyone else had experinece of complaining to head office? Am I likely to get ALL of my money back?

On top of which i now have to start trawling for new flights as i have already shelled out for accomodation, insurance etc. Really cheesed off.
