Fridge freezer in the conservatory

I was wondering if the reason I have so much condensation in the conservatory might be because we put our new fridge freezer in there a couple of months ago?
Or is it just that it's so cold? The water is dripping off the ceiling! We have to wrap a towel round the broom to dry it every day and the windows are soaking, there's damp coming on the walls too.

The frig/freezer will in fact warm the conservatory, not a lot but it certainly will not cool it. Just feel the condenser at the back and you feel how warm it is.0

True, but the condensate running out of the fridge compartment will go to a 'dish' on top of the compressor so that it's evaporated by the heat.
A fridge is a good dehumidifier and will take moisture out of food even through plastic packaging.
(I know some one who used to have a tumble drier in the conservatory - venting inside!).0 -
It is just the weather, a lot of people are experiencing a lot of condensation in roof spaces, poorly ventilated rooms and suchlike.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0

Yes, I went in and had a look as soon as I got up, it seems to be more by the door area then anywhere near the fridge
I wouldn't like to move it, it's a foot taller than me and there's nowhere to put itI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.
