 It would be great if someone could help, I have a Visioneer scanner model 4800u and have lost my installation cd and can't use the scanner in my new pc till I buy a new insallation cd which Visioneer said would cost me £10 to buy. If anyone knows where to get one of these or a download for one please let me know, I'm no very techie savvy though.:o

I would presume so. I don't have one so don't know, but if it works like other windows scanners it should get it working.

Hi I installed it and it said to plug in scanner which I did then after scanner has been detected press finish. I have not pressed finish yet because it has not been detected on my pc, I checked my computer and it's not showing up even though usb is in and scanner is on. I heard twoo quick bleeps when usb wire went in usually it used to be just one bleep.0
