I ordered a bed from them on 6th November and paid for it in full. Since then I have heard nothing from them despite claims on the invoice to deliver my bed within 20 working days or inform me if there is a delay.I emailed them on the 2nd and heard nothing. Called them on the 3rd December and the woman had the most unapologetic nonchalant attitude. She told me to call back on the 10th December which I did. Guess what-they are not answering their phones. Have emailed them again but no reply. What should I do and is there another place on this site where I should post this?
