Auction wrecker help please

Hi
I have a couple of auctions ending today and despite the fact I thought I had stopped peops with no feedback bidding one has slipped through the net .
This person has bid on both my items and others of the same type but is purposely trying to bid them all up. I have been contacted by another seller who has also had problems and has cancelled the bids on her items. How do I cancel the bids without repercussions???

I know this has probably been answered before but I really need the answer quick and have no time to search properly

just put cancelled due to 0 feedback, no reply to my emails, thenyou should be ok

oh and don't forget to add them to your blocked list
