Reclaiming Bank Charges from TSB

I sent my letter off to TSB with details of all charges they had made on my account over the last 6 years. (claim for £1540)

Today I received a ''standard letter'' from there customer services department thanking me for my complaint and they are so sorry for any distress caused!!!! This is TSB all over - everything is dealt with by a computer and not a human!!

Has anybody had any joy with TSB claims?

i have had the same thing from tsbthey just go on and talk about the test case etc, but i told them they need to deal now financial hardship.... today i have another letter from them from customer service recovery dept saying they have tryed to call and they want details if my Income and expenditure, i have just sat and put together a letter back to them to include proof of hardship

not sure if i should include my I&E though any thoughts anyone?

I understand the concepts of cooking and cleaning
........ I Just dont understand how they apply to me!
  • If you do not include Income and Expenditure how can the bank decide if you are in hardship? You do need to do that and then when they have responded post again for more advice if need be.
