I was wondering if anyone has had dealings with MrCloud's T-Shirt Emporium? I recently ordered 2 t-shirts for my son for xmas and they still haven't been delivered. They were ordered online on the 19/11/08. I have contacted them on 3 occasions and haven't had a response.I have been looking online and have read some disturbing things about the company ripping people off.I paid through worldpay with a provident visa card.Didn't get any joy from the worldpay site and am waiting for a response from provident!! :mad:

have a look through the forums, I think this site has ruffled some other users feathers too.

can you instigate a chargeback via the card? Do worldpay not offer any guarantees?

worldpay say they are not responsible if you don't receive your goods,they are just facilitate payment. Still waiting to hear from provident who is the card provider

you would think worldpay would be interested in complaints about their own customers though. let's say they receive a large amount of complaints, by continuing to take payments, I would suggest they are making themselves liable, and facilitating potentially fraudulent activity.

Oh... I ordered a t-shirt from these guys on 2nd December and didn't realise there might be a problem. I emailed them today asking 'do you think it's likely I'll get it delivered by Xmas?' They haven't replied yet and I've now got my fingers crossed. On their website it says 15 working days max for delivery.
