Printer won't print

I have set up my new computer with my current lexmark z32 printer. It worked fine this morning but just now will not print. I have uninstall and re-install and still nothing. Please can somebody help. Thanks

Do you get any messages and how is it connected and what are you using to print with (software wise)?

Thanks for your help. I have tried to install and re-install 4 times. The printer cable is usb 1.1 and the computer is usb 2. I thought that was the problem, it was really doing my head in since I have bought a new cartridge as a spare and as you know how expenisve lexmark catridge is. Anyway, it's only when I change the cartridge, it is now printing. I have got about 4 printers install in control panel, the same one. Cannot uninstall them, I guess it does not matter since it is now working. Thanks again.
