Hi Guys,

Help please,

Can you confirm the stamp duty limits and whether it was put on hold for a year. I can't find anything on the forums!

I know it's 1% up to 1p under 250k but what is the lower limit>

There are 10 types of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those that don't.
  • Thanks George, that was a quick reply, I did google but didn't get that site, so thanks again.
  • You are welcome.

I googled too, entering Stamp Duty gov as the seach string. The gov usually helps to return a .gov website.

  • That's made my day as I'm looking to buy a house that's below the £175k and needs a lot of work doing so that will probably pay for a bathroom.

    Good tip about putting gov.
