keep away from all berries is good advice .. allergies can build up over time with exposure to the causing agent. raspberry jam may be the trigger at the moment but in a few months you may be having effects from strawberry jam. i has a friend who developed an allergic reaction simular to yours after eating a prawn salad on a night out - she initally thought it was the prawns as she did not eat them often. but a week later had the same problem with a pasta dish with a tomato sauce (at home a meal she had made and eaten many times before) it turned out she had developed an allergy to tomato despite eating them very regularly throughout her life.Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0

Sometimes, if you have a big reaction to one thing - the other things that were also present at that time become stuck in your system as your body thinks it is also bad.0
