Quite embarrassed about my office room - files everywhere mixed with bills, paperwork, broken MP3, cups etc..
But not as embarrassed as if anyone opened and rummaged in my bedroom wardrobe, where at the back an "electrical implement" has been sitting there, I hasten to add, still packed in its unopened box, for the last 3 years, courtesy of a drunken night at a friend's birthday and a very persuasive Ann Summers rep.
I have looked at it a few times but it is SCARY even to look at, let alone the idea of using it! It would be too embarrassing to give it to a charity, but the OSer in me prevents me from chucking it out! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -

No opportunity for it - but I seem to recall that there is some sort of charity that offers sexual help to people, perhaps I could send it to them anonymously if I discover who they are hehehehehe

I wonder if you could rig it so that it 'went off' as the dustbinmen opened the lid of the dustbin to empty it.

I'm not too bad when it comes to cupboards and things but we have so much 'stuff' around the house. OH is a collector (old maps, prints, books etc are one of his hobbies) and I seem to have loads of ornaments and things that I have either been given as presents or have inherited. It's not tat, some really lovely pieces and I feel too sentimental about them to get rid. How do minimalist people manage?0
