TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS - London International Boat Show 2009

1. Advance ticket promotion only valid from Monday 8 December – Monday 22 December 2008.
2. Normal Advance ticket rate of £12.50.
3. Ticket/s are only valid between Saturday 10 January – Sunday 18 January 2009.
4. Ticket purchases are restricted to five adult tickets per transaction.
5. Tickets are not refundable.
6. Visitors will not be allowed admission to this Show without a valid ticket.
7. Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. Presentation of the ticket for admission constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions upon which NBS, the Organiser, is prepared to grant entry.
9. Up to 2 children (15 or under) may accompany an adult ticket holder free of charge but each child must have a child ticket for admission obtained either in advance or from cashiers at the Main Show entrance.
10. Tickets can not be refunded, exchanged, transferred, nor should they be resold for commercial gain.
11. For public safety, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches.
12. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
13. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by the public at the Show arising as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or any loss or damage to personal property brought into the Show.
14. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the Show.
15. The distribution of leaflets or any other advertising material or the sale of articles anywhere within the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden without prior written permission from the Organisers, and who also reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate such articles for infringement of this condition.
16. Re-admission into the Show is possible by the issue of a wristband from Show security at the entrances.

18. Please check all your tickets on purchase, as mistake cannot always be rectified.
19. The Organisers of the London International Boat Show is National Boat Shows Ltd (NBS), Marine House, Thorpe Lea Road, Egham, Surrey, TW20 8BF.

PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

For specific terms and conditions please see below. Our standard terms and conditions also apply. All those who book tickets to the International Boat Show using promotion code VL1 will be automatically entered into this prize draw.

• A winner will be drawn at random and notified by email/telephone by Friday 2 January 2009. The winner will be contacted by a representative of the International Boat Show. NBS (National Boat Shows) are the promoter. NBS are not responsible for third party prizes and they must be taken as stated.

Prize consists of:

• Two adult tickets to the London International Boat Show on Saturday 10 January 2009. Up to 2 children (15 or under) may accompany an adult ticket holder free of charge but each child must have a child ticket for admission obtained either in advance or from cashiers at the Main Show entrance.
• 1 family ticket (2 adults/2 children or 1 adult/3 children) to the Kiss 100 slopes at the 02 for Sunday 11 January 2009 only. Time slot will be confirmed once winner has been drawn. Skiing lessons will be extra and are not part of the prize. Tickets are inclusive of boots/clothing, but ski and board hire are extra, charged at £5 per person.
• Family Roamer pass valid for Saturday 10 & Sunday 11 January 2009 and is an unlimited voucher to travel on Thames Clippers only for up to 2 adults and 3 children per journey.
• 1 * 2 double room suites only in Durley House Hotel for one family of four (2 adults/2 children – 1 adult/3children) for Saturday 10 January 2009 only. Additional nights will be charged at £300.00 plus vat. The night cannot be transferred for an alternative night. All extras are to be settled on departure (i.e. telephone calls, room service and all other extras).

That's 'cos it's not free. . you have to buy tickets to qualify for entry.
