What do you mean they won't give you your money back? Read the terms and conditions, i presume they must have some! Online trading regulations state that an order isn't confirmed until you receive an email stating that goods have left the warehouse/office. Therefore they have to refund the money, although that could take a few days thanks to the banks and the days it takes for them to process electronic data!

In June 2011, I ordered my stove from Stoves R Us because, to be honest, they were the cheapest and the ordering was very convenient. However, be warned, you only get what you pay for! The delivery driver was alone (as in a previous post) and only my wife was in to help. Now she's a strapping lass but it was a big stove! They eventually got it in the house but irreparably damaged the kitchen cushionfloor! Once it was unpacked she noticed one of the (cast iron) legs was broken! No problem, she thought - she rang them and they said they would send a replacement leg asap. After many, many (!) conversations with their customer service and me finally telling them to pick it up and give me a refund they sent out a replacement leg - last week!!! Mid November - 5 months later!!!! I've had every excuse from the French factory being closed for the whole of August to deliveries mysteriously diasappearing! In fact I apparently only got the leg at all as the Managing Director was in France and he picked it up himself after telling them to take a leg from an existing stove (apparently they were going to recast a leg for me!) - yeah! Right! I would ask anyone thinking of ordering from them to think again, pay a bit more and go elsewhere!!! :mad:
