Had to write about excellent service in here. Found a beautiful book on this website and as it is a retirement gift I phoned up to enquire about having it sent special delivery what with the post being somewhat erratic at this time of year.
Anyway, so I spoke to the owner of the business and she said she would send it special delivery and let me know the postage cost and that she didn't want any payment until I receive it and was happy.
It arrived next day as planned, and I haven't even paid for it! (yet, I should add - I have every intention to of course!)
Now that is impressive.
