Hi, Didnt know where to post this but thanks if anyone can answer. Ordered a PC from a website begining of November was shown as in stock, was told after contacting that they were awaiting stock from suppiler and sometimes use theyre stock levels as theyre indicator. Contacted them today, after several awaitng stock emails and phone calls, and was told theyre supplier had discontinued it and couldnt offer them an alternative model as it was a misspriced system, they have offered me a full refund, is there any way they should be liable to replace it with a similar model or not? Thanks.

My advise would be to take the refund.

I'd just take the refund and look around again, you're likely to be able to get a slightly better machine for the same money

Remember...if they've messed you around once there is a chance that they will do so again.

In the computer world things can change very quickly. Your cash might get you a better PC now than you had previously ordered.
